Important Notes for the PCard Program
- The ²ÝÝ®´«Ã½¹ÙÍøÏÂÔØ PCard is to be used for official ²ÝÝ®´«Ã½¹ÙÍøÏÂÔØ business purposes only, is the property of ²ÝÝ®´«Ã½¹ÙÍøÏÂÔØ and the State of Texas, and is a MasterCard issued by U.S. Bank.
- Employees using the ²ÝÝ®´«Ã½¹ÙÍøÏÂÔØ PCard agree to be bound by the state and ²ÝÝ®´«Ã½¹ÙÍøÏÂÔØ policies, procedures, and guidelines governing the use of the card.
- PCards belong to the State of Texas and all state purchasing rules must be followed (regardless of funding source).
- The PCard is not for personal use.
- ²ÝÝ®´«Ã½¹ÙÍøÏÂÔØ, as an agency of the State of Texas, is sales tax exempt.
- Online statement reconciliation in Concur must be completed and approved by the 13th of each month.
- Lost or stolen PCard? Contact U.S. Bank Customer Service immediately at 800-344-5696. Review the Contacting U.S. Bank Website for important verification details the cardholder will need to know to verify their identity prior to calling.
- The billing address for all ²ÝÝ®´«Ã½¹ÙÍøÏÂÔØ credit cards (PCards and Travel Cards) is: ²ÝÝ®´«Ã½¹ÙÍøÏÂÔØ, Attn: Financial Services, 304 Administration Drive, Denton, TX 76209-2098.
