Texas Prompt Payment Act
The State of Texas Prompt Payment Act, , stipulates that payment is due for goods or services 30 calendar days after the latest of:
- The day the agency received the goods
- The day the services were completed by the vendor
- The day the agency received the invoice for the goods or services
A payment is considered overdue beginning on the 31st day.
