- Individual PCards are issued to full-time 草莓传媒官网下载 Employees and the Employee's name is printed on the PCard. Individual PCards may only be used by the Employee issued the PCard.
- Department PCards are issued to a 草莓传媒官网下载 Department and the Department's name is printed on the PCard. Authorized Users may use the PCard.
What does a 草莓传媒官网下载 PCard look like?
- A Black U.S. Bank Card
- Says “PURCHASING” on the front
- The State of Texas Seal is on the front
- The 草莓传媒官网下载 Employee's Name or Department Name and all card information is on the back of the Card
草莓传媒官网下载 PCard Credit Limit
草莓传媒官网下载 PCards have the following credit limits:
- Monthly Limit: $15,000
- Single Purchase Limit: $3,500
Monthly Credit Limits are from the 4th of the month to the 3rd of the next month.
Exceptions to these limits may apply at the discretion of Financial Services.
