Refund/Reschedule Policy
You may request a refund up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled test session by forwarding your payment receipt and refund request to testing1@twu.edu. Students can reschedule some tests through the payment portal.
University High Stakes Testing Policy

In this policy, "high stakes testing" is defined as standardized "testing used to provide results that have important, direct consequences for examinees, programs or institutions involved".
Inclement Weather Policy
In the event the university closes due to inclement weather, testing will be rescheduled. Candidates should visit the ²ÝÝ®´«Ã½¹ÙÍøÏÂÔØ home page for possible closures. Candidates will be contacted via email to reschedule their test session.
