Do I have options other than the Microsoft Authenticator app?
You can click I want to set up a different method and enroll your phone to receive a text message or a call. It’s recommended that you use your personal mobile number for Microsoft 365 MFA.
What can I expect after I enroll?
Enrolling in Microsoft 365 MFA turns on MFA for your entire ²ÝÝ®´«Ã½¹ÙÍøÏÂÔØ Microsoft 365 account. After you pre-enroll or starting August 14, 2024, when you log into Microsoft 365 using your ²ÝÝ®´«Ã½¹ÙÍøÏÂÔØ Portal credentials, you will be asked for your second factor authentication. Microsoft 355 includes Teams, Office 365, and other Microsoft cloud-based applications.
If I already turned on Microsoft two-factor verification, do I have to do it again?
If you have already enrolled in Microsoft two-factor with your ²ÝÝ®´«Ã½¹ÙÍøÏÂÔØ email account, no further action is required.
