American Library Association grants SLIS continued accreditation

The Master of Library Science (MLS) program in the School of Library and Information Studies at Texas Woman’s University gained continued accreditation status from the American Library Association.

The annual Texas Library Association (TLA) conference is a regular highlight in the calendar for the School of Library and Information Studies at ²ÝÝ®´«Ã½¹ÙÍøÏÂÔØ and that continued again in Dallas in April 2025.
Fulbright Scholar Chloé Vicente visits ²ÝÝ®´«Ã½¹ÙÍøÏÂÔØ

Chloé Vicente, the first Chilean to receive a Fulbright award in library science and the first Chilean to be a Fulbright scholar-in-residence at Illinois State University, heads to ²ÝÝ®´«Ã½¹ÙÍøÏÂÔØ for lectures that will bring a global perspective to the field of librarianship.
Aria joins SLIS faculty
