Graduate Assistantships

The Graduate School of Texas Woman’s University provides a limited number of Graduate Assistantships for qualified graduate students.

To apply for a graduate assistantship in SLIS, see the information and application on the Graduate School website. Submit your application via the database of . After you have submitted the GA application, send an email to slis@twu.edu to let the SLIS office know that you have completed the application.

Please note:

  • Admission to the Graduate School must precede an appointment to a graduate assistantship.
  • Graduate Assistants must enroll for at least 6 hours during the semester when receiving the Graduate Assistantship.
