Our Driver Education Program is designed to teach ²ÝÝ®´«Ã½¹ÙÍøÏÂÔØ students, faculty and staff how to drive. Participants will learn the laws and skills needed to obtain first their Texas Learner’s Permit and then their Provisional Driver’s License.
Participants will sign up for the 6-hour Adult Class and will earn a certificate upon course completion. Classes will be held on Fridays at ²ÝÝ®´«Ã½¹ÙÍøÏÂÔØ, and in-car instruction will be scheduled at your convenience with no minimum or maximum required. You take your road test when you are ready.
This flexible program is offered through a partnership with the ²ÝÝ®´«Ã½¹ÙÍøÏÂÔØ Parking Office and a trained professional driving instructor, Mr. Cyrus Hafford, through Dad's Driving School.
Course and other related fees are between the participant(s) and Dad's Driving School.
The next class will begin on Friday, February 20 and is limited to 25 students. More classes will be added throughout the semester, so keep checking back for additional opportunities.
Note: After you sign up, you will receive an email confirmation from Dad's Driving School. Please communicate any concerns or questions directly to Mr. Cyrus via email.
