Locker Request Form
Locker rentals are included with ²ÝÝ®´«Ã½¹ÙÍøÏÂÔØ instrument rentals. If you would like to rent a locker without renting a ²ÝÝ®´«Ã½¹ÙÍøÏÂÔØ-owned instrument, the locker fee is $20.
To rent a locker, fill out the Locker Request Form.
