Fulbright Scholar

The for college and university faculty, administrators, and researchers, as well as artists and professionals—enables 800 U.S. Scholars to go abroad and 900 visiting scholars to come to the United States. These Fulbright Scholars make meaningful contributions to communities abroad and at home within their respective fields, while advancing careers across the globe.

Fulbright U.S. Scholar application deadlines

  • Most Fulbright Scholar applications open in February. Be sure to confirm the opening date for the award you are interested in applying for.
