Hello and welcome!
²ÝÝ®´«Ã½¹ÙÍøÏÂÔØ Fitness and Recreation is partnering with the Health and Wellbeing Initiative (HWI) to continue this year's FREE wellness program called ²ÝÝ®´«Ã½¹ÙÍøÏÂÔØ Moves. ²ÝÝ®´«Ã½¹ÙÍøÏÂÔØ Moves is a long standing Spring Event with rich history rooted in physical, mental, holistic wellbeing, and community building. It starts on 01/26/2026 and ends on 03/06/2026. (You don't have to begin on January 26th, so don't worry if you learned about this later.) Participate, move, and earn a prize!

Participants will be able to track their physical activities via points through the refillable "²ÝÝ®´«Ã½¹ÙÍøÏÂÔØ Moves Digital Scorecard" linked
About ²ÝÝ®´«Ã½¹ÙÍøÏÂÔØ Moves:

1 activity = 1 point. Participants are required to earn 40 points over the 6 weeks to complete the challenge, and can earn a maximum of 3 points a day, which is self-tracked through the Scorecard. Please note: there are a few required points, such as following us on social media (if you use it) and completing a short evaluation at the end of the program which will be automatically sent 3/6/26. Good news is that these activities get you closer to completion!

Stay up to date here on My²ÝÝ®´«Ã½¹ÙÍøÏÂÔØ to complete 6 weekly check ins, catch ²ÝÝ®´«Ã½¹ÙÍøÏÂÔØ Moves approved events for easy points, and stay up to date with event checklist items! Once you have completed your points, be sure to complete the ²ÝÝ®´«Ã½¹ÙÍøÏÂÔØ Moves Checklist on the FIT & REC My²ÝÝ®´«Ã½¹ÙÍøÏÂÔØ.

Once this is complete, you are eligible to pick up your prize at the Fit & Rec starting the week after Spring Brak. Simple as that!
