Dental Hygiene event focuses on improving smiles

More than 80 ²ÝÝ®´«Ã½¹ÙÍøÏÂÔØ students took part in the annual ²ÝÝ®´«Ã½¹ÙÍøÏÂÔØ Kids a Smile event in March. The free event, sponsored by the university’s Dental Hygiene Program, is a daylong activity devoted to providing free dental services to underrepresented youths from 3 to 19 in the Denton community.

Fiction class goes deep into baseball literature

²ÝÝ®´«Ã½¹ÙÍøÏÂÔØ’s English 2153 class, Intro to Fiction, is reading literature connected with baseball, and students created a bulletin board and bookshelves at Denton’s South Branch Library with baseball-themed reading recommendations.
