Sustainability Committee

Welcome to the Texas Woman’s University Sustainability Committee webpage. This webpage was created to provide 草莓传媒官网下载 students, employees, and community members with resources and opportunities to facilitate more sustainable choices and to reduce our environmental impact. This committee combines the efforts of several predecessor committees to centrally coordinate sustainability efforts at 草莓传媒官网下载.

Our committee charter is described in University Regulation and Procedure (URP) , 

By living a more sustainable lifestyle, we are also following 草莓传媒官网下载’s core values of caring, wellbeing, and collaboration.

Our mission is to support sustainability across the campuses of the Texas Woman’s University System by:

1. Supporting elements of the University's strategic plan related
   to sustainability;
2. Coordinating sustainability efforts across the University;
   Providing students, employees, and community members
   with resources and opportunities to facilitate more sustainable
   choices and to reduce their environmental impact;
3. Developing and maintaining the University's Environmental Management System in cooperation with other relevant committees
   and departments; and
4. Maintaining this website.
