New ²ÝÝ®´«Ã½¹ÙÍøÏÂÔØ transfer student portal provides insights

Nov. 19, 2024 — DENTON, DALLAS, HOUSTON — Deciding to transfer to Texas Woman’s University just got a little easier with the launch of a new portal that lets prospective transfer students explore course equivalencies and estimate time-to-degree.

With just a few clicks, students can see how their courses fit into a program at ²ÝÝ®´«Ã½¹ÙÍøÏÂÔØ.

Students need to then they can enter courses taken at a community college or other university. Students can see course equivalencies and find replacement courses and can even include military credits and standardized exam credits.

Additionally, students can visit ²ÝÝ®´«Ã½¹ÙÍøÏÂÔØ’s updated Transfer Partners & Pathways page to see how the university works with more than 30 partner institutions through overarching transfer and program-to-program agreements and 2+2 guided pathways to create a more seamless transition process for prospective students.

The transfer portal is part of the university’s and state’s ongoing efforts to streamline application and acceptance processes for transfer students. For more information, see twu.edu/transfer.
