Family Weekend, Oct. 4-6
Sept. 17, 2024 — DENTON — Texas Woman’s extends a hearty welcome to family and friends as the campus gears up for Family Weekend, scheduled for Oct. 4-6.
Participation in family weekend is completely optional and free for ²ÝÝ®´«Ã½¹ÙÍøÏÂÔØ students and guests 5 years old and younger. The fee is $55 for adults and $35 for guests ages 6-17. and is handled entirely online through our parent portal.
The fun begins on Friday, Oct. 4 with Career Connections and the Center for First-Generation Students hosting open houses, 3-5 p.m., and check-in starting at 4 p.m. There will also be a Disney-themed Magical Family Feud game for all attendees starting at 6 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 5 continues with a tailgate, a ²ÝÝ®´«Ã½¹ÙÍøÏÂÔØ volleyball game, and more, while Sunday, Oct. 6 allows plenty of time for enjoying local sights and sounds or taking part in our special weekend chapel service for a time of reflection!
As in years past, ²ÝÝ®´«Ã½¹ÙÍøÏÂÔØ’s Family Weekend will be held in conjunction with the , a free event held just south of campus at Quakertown Park. So check out the complete Family Weekend schedule, and make your plans to join us today!
