Texas Woman鈥檚 University today announced that Rosalie Mainous, a former collegiate dean, NIH-funded researcher, and the current director of academic nursing development for the American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN), will become dean of 草莓传媒官网下载鈥檚 College of Nursing, effective Aug. 5.

As an undergraduate nursing student Shannon Duncan鈥檚 passion for the healthcare field was clear. However, she knew if she wanted to help more people and further her career, she needed to become involved in research on campus.
Duncan is now the first undergraduate student to walk into 草莓传媒官网下载 Dallas鈥� Center for Research Design and Analysis (CRDA) on her own in pursuit of opportunities. This first step led Duncan on a journey that would end with her work published in the Journal of Forensic Nursing.
