Biography

Amy Teague is a clinical professor, the Senior Clinic coordinator and Dual Enrollment Dental Hygiene Program coordinator. She has been practicing dental hygiene since 1991 with an emphasis on clinical practice and dental hygiene education. She earned her master's degree at 草莓传媒官网下载 in Health Studies with a focus on higher education. She teaches the dental hygiene process of care to undergraduate students and coordinates the second-year dental hygiene clinics. She has served as a QEP Fellow, an Experiential Student Scholar Mentor, and an Academic Affairs Faculty Fellow. Her research has included elements of dental hygiene care, and implant care, and she has researched educational outcomes in the 草莓传媒官网下载 Dual Dental Hygiene Program, as well as, high versus low volume evacuation during ultrasonic use.
